| porridge Hey i actually made time to make some old fashioned porridge on the stove. I did use low fat organic milk and a drizzle of organic honey. I found my game last night i did have more energy. So guess what i have had my porridge this morning
I cut back on coffee, i actually had none yesterday, just water and a couple of cups of black tea(this still has caffine in it)
What i did have also a couple of hours b4 the game was a small bowl of pasta with bolonise sauce and 3 table spoons of cooked vegies. And a couple of eyeball gummies, 2 pieces of 85% cocoa chocolate.
