Certainly an interesting read. I thougt I was the only one who was wired after a game of hockey. I play 10-11 pm on a Friday night before the two hour train/tube/bus ride home. By the time I walk from the station (10 minutes) I am wide awake for another 30-40 minutes before I want to go to sleep. Whats the solution here?
