So just to clarify, for maximum training gain we need to apply this formula;
sufficient tarining stimulation + excellent nutrition + excellent execution + perfect recovery + genetics + time +dedication to the plan = you'll get into the shape you want.
We need to tick all of those boxes. We've covered the first three points. Now i'm concerned with the 'perfect recovery' aspect. Sleep, taken correctly is the easiest part of the equation. But an area that does require extra dedication.
Is there anything that is super productive that happens between 10 -12pm for you? Does it help or hinder your goal?
