| ok i'll ty to get up earlier cos yep, i do normally.... well. i might wake up at 7:30 and actually get out of bed at 8 or a little past.
up and go is just like a little milk drink that claims to have a dose of carbs in it that they sell as a breakfast alternative here.... i have a few in the cupboard still but they're nearly all gone... i'm assuming, now that i think about it, to not eat em cos i think they would surely have quite a bit of sugar in them.
i kinda hate weighing myself every day so i'll do it at the end of the week, otherwise every now and then i see my weight go down and it affects my motivation...
