weeeeeeell....

moving more food earlier in the day has made an obvious difference to my ability to eat it in the morning... cutting carbs out of dinner means i can actually get through the eggs and porridge in the morning.

it's not too bad having the porridge without sugar, i biff some raisins in sometimes but they go soggy pretty quick and thats yuck so generally i eat them at the same time but not IN the porridge now... prunes are great.

i do wake up late and get to work about 8:30-9, so will be eating brekkie 9:15 or so... i grab an up-and-go and water on the way out of the house and have it in the car, hopefully that doesnt stuff things up.

brown rice no big issue.

i do find i have to not think about rubbish foods... i am no fast food junkie, i never normally have cravings for rubbish unless i'm hungover, but i had some cravings for mcdonalds today, that was pretty weird.

theres something here called one-square-meal that claims to have tonnes of carbs and low-GI, it's basically a big snack-biscuit, just wondering what stuff i can stick in to snack in those morning tea times when porridge will make me biff up... which i can see coming in a couple of weeks maybe.

um, apart from that.... oh yeah, if i have a late pool session, and will be having dinner afterwards, i'm assuming putting a few carbs back in with dinner is ok? or should i just stick to meat and veg etc.

how are you going alex?
