No a player with 2 left or right hands is not a 2 handed player.
Having a trained 2 handed player can be on advantaged. But only iff its a real 2 handed player and did find the way to make it practical in use. We for our self did find that way. also because the sticks we designed for that sort play.But are really many time called nuts that we did play 2 handed.
But what we already did learn is that not every player can learn to play 2 handed.
Most players will be playing only right handed
A smaller group will be playing left handed.
And a even smaller group will play 2 handed.

THere we come to the point.
Primary most players will use a single hand. But want the possibility to chance hands when nessesairy. SO we did design some sticks that are very simulair for both hands. THe so called 2handed sticks. By those it really dont matter if in basic you play left or right handed. And iff trained well it dont matter anymore iff you have the stick left or right handed. The real 2 handed player. (like myself) And i see that i do use it more each time automaticly. Like most players can do a dummy without even thinking how to do it.
the 2 handed right stick is another sort design.
Its a stick for right handed players that maybe one time i a compleet game want to chance the stick from the hand off playing.(rare acassion) So not be real 2 handed player but a step in between the single hand players and the 2 hand players.
