Yes it was intended for publication. These are not minutes, not proceedings; these are the charges and answers to those charges made by CMAS against Graham Henderson, and by default, the uw hockey Commission. I wrote the answers or rebutal testimony which follows each accusation(s).

And I just sent Carl a copy of my Commission resignation letter - which he is welcome to publish also.
