| One would think that since the current 'approved' mouthguards weren't actually designed or sold as such, then the concept of commercial quantities would be rather irrelevant. Sticks don't have to be available in commercial quantities, they just have to be safe and fit for the purpose, a decision we leave up to the referees on a case-by-case basis. I can't see the issue with doing the same with mouthguards. A basic guide to legal materials and the purpose of having them, and bob's your aunty...
