Linux (Ubuntu) at home, both on the desktop and on the media centre. The desktop is able to dual-boot to XP but that rarely happens (only for games[1]).

I'm considering getting a Macbook because it's Shiny! for on the road and perhaps for some photo-stuff as that iPhoto looks pretty good.
