Although I really like the idea of allowing the free subbing during free pucks I don't think it is as practical as other times. I REALLY like how much faster the play got started in sheffield for advantage/equal pucks compared to most comps. Not sure how much longer it might take to have the deck ref re-check to make sure there are appropriate numbers before starting the play. Granted it *SHOULD* just be a glance to each sub box, but still... i'd be happy enough with after goals and ANYtime the clock is stopped.
