we are always told by people not to criticize if we aren't prepared to help.
it looks to me [and note i say it 'looks' to me, because i am not privy to what goes on in uwh exec meetings and short-form minutes do not truly reflect the tone of discusssions or the full arguments in debates, but can only form my opinions based on rumour, speculation and web forums] like the uwh exec weren't prepared to help or oversee organisation for uwh in Bari.
if that is/was the case, then perhaps the correct thing for the exec to do was to stand down from their positions and allow others who are/were prepared to help do so.
bari organisers were denied the experienced guidance they so clearly seem to have needed.
any how, it looks like this thread has been well and truly hijacked now. sorry Liam, it was great while it lasted.
Carl, i guess it'll need to be shunted lock, stock and 2 smoking barrels somewhere else. sorry i forgot how that's done.
