I dont see it happen. (the rule is good like it is)
And thats why i dont going to try someting with it.
There is pretty much space in the rules like they are to try things.
And lifting the puck to the surface
is not one off them.
Its to dangerous to use during a game. Safety first!.
What top rank players do/show?. They have most time more controll over what they are doing.(but must keep in mind, that whatever they show or tell, lowers classes will try to do it) And carrying the puck is nice to see but is illigal. And its important to tell that to everybody.
The lower classes and juniors (the groups i work with) dont have compleet controll. And then lifting the puck is really dangerous. Its to easy to drop the puck on somebody.
