| I guess when looking at these fitness tests and you want to get technical about it you should first be asking "What is fitness?"
* Agility
* Balance
* Body composition
* Cardiovascular endurance
* Coordination
* Flexibility and joint range of motion
* Muscular strength & endurance
* Speed
Does anyone have a single test that covers all of the above? How many people cover flexibilty as a measure of fitness and record this? Just throwing it out there that there's a lot more to measuring fitness than just how fast or far you can swim in a given time.
