it's an excel file so cutting and pasting might be a bit crummy with this mailer thingy.

folks using the old version will spot that intervals cut down quicker and fewer lengths done at slow intervals.
seldom, if ever, does anyone get cut from the NZ team because their beep test score is crap. BUT a real crappy beep test is sometimes an indication that a player has other issues to sort out before he can fully commit to what the team is doing. |
