Do after C & J
3 sets of 8-10 reps.
Slow 3 sec up, pause at the contraction, 2 sec down
Do no throw the weight up, slowly lift it.
Start light until you can feel the muscle move.
*Please - if it hurts stop immediately*
Todd, i don't know your body type but i can promise you this...
C&J willput on a load of extra muscle in a short time.
You're going to be so starving - you'll need to eat well (clean foods, not junk)
