ok, i think i understand that post fully and i think you make some good points.

you still make a lot of generalisations though, but thats ok, i just have to make an effort not to take it personally

i'm actually coaching myself at the moment, and i'm in a learning frame of mind, not having been this situation before.

the guys i'm coaching are very responsive to anything new, and you are obviously very enthusiastic about new skills in particular. do you have any footage or maybe you can describe in words or diagrams something new for me to try to learn and then teach to my guys?

i'd be really keen for that.
